Hoping to get some information regarding our newly implemented wi-fi Guest Portal in Smartzone Essentials version 6.1. So, we've built out the portal, and users have been able to successfully connect and use it as intended. The issue we run into quite often is users encountering problems with entering their phone numbers into the access login page. The format has to be in the +15551234567 style, but the template appears to show a space between the country code and the phone number itself. This may not seem like a big deal, but when we have upwards of a thousand guests at a time for events, this issue pops up quite often.We've posted flyers instructing users how to connect, and this has alleviated some of the problems with this, but we were wondering if it were possible to edit the guest access login page template to provide better clarity or make it an optional field altogether. I have and H510 I use as a travel standalone AP. It recently connected to a ZD on a job site and I would like to get it back to a standalone.I completed a hard reset on the side of the device. I finally figured how to get back into it and I'm connected to it via ethernet cable in LAN4. It's on version200.15.6.112.52.I have tried to install H510_114.0.30.11.1359.bl7 when prompted to select image file locally but receive "This does not seem to be a valid upgrade image. Please try another file". I have also tried other files to receive the same notification after attempted uploading of bl7.Appreciate any assistance to get this back to an AP independent of Unleashed.
We are running dozens of APs and controllers to the customer company where customers come. In AP, a flexible customer, not a fixed customer, accesses the SSID, and connects certain sensors to the same SSID. However, after a few days, the sensor is disconnected from the WIFI. From what I heard, the SSID refreshes after a certain period of time, does the controller have that function? If there is, please let me know how to set it up.
Hello,We have some ICX 8200 Switches. I have built a couple of ACLs and VE interfaces on the switch. When I go to apply them to the interface, I do not get an "ip access-group" option. I do see this option on physical ports. I am not sure what I am missing here.Thanks for your help.
I looked but here doesn't seem to be a specific board here for Feature requests?And I searched and did not find anyone else asking for this feature in the R650.As a new customer, I am very surprised and disappointed to find that he R650 has no capability of being setup with a scheduled reboot. Even the crappiest home consumer products have had this function for over 15 years. All hardware has its limits and needs a clean reboot every so often. Memory gets polluted, systems mess up. A different product line that we use for AP's has this option to schedule a weekly reboot.Will Ruckus enabled that function in the R650 , and do so soon? Without it, I feel we cannot trust this product for deployment, and may not be able to purchase any more units.
Hi,I would like to use 4 r760 APs in a 30000 sq ft layout. I want to use all in standalone without controller. Is it possible to use without controller because some commercial budget constrains.
