Quintain was one of the early pioneers of Build to Rent in the UK and Ireland. In the 30 years that Quintain Living has been in business, they have built a reputation for innovation, and their current BTR product (covering thousands of homes under management with Quintain Living) remains at the cutting edge of customer service.
During the past two decades, the company transformed the award-winning Wembley Park into the largest single BTR site in the United Kingdom, set over 85 acres of retail, residential and commercial space, in addition to owning and managing the iconic OVO Arena, Wembley.
Quintain is unique in that their onsite management team oversees design, build, and operations of their buildings - enabling them to drive rental growth and achieve procurement and operational efficiencies.
